Indien op het moment van levering de geadresseerde niet thuis aanwezig is, ontvang je van een bericht om een nieuwe afspraak in te plannen. Meestal wordt het pakket de volgende dag nogmaals bezorgd. Ben jij of de geadresseerde ook nu niet aanwezig, dan ontvang je een bericht en wordt het pakket teruggezonden naar ons distributiecentrum. Mocht je het pakket opnieuw geleverd willen hebben, dan is dit enkel mogelijk tegen betaling van de hierbij behorende verzendkosten.
